Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

G*ym Company is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive* to drive new memberships, manage client relationships, and promote our fitness programs. Candidates from the hospitality, gym, or customer service industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Handle membership inquiries, tours, and sales conversions.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data.
• Develop strong relationships with members and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to deliver seamless customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
• Assist in local marketing activities, promotional events, and partnerships.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, front office, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with a passion for fitness and wellness.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
