Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquire
new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA)
through field activities.
Visit
local markets, residential areas, and business hubs
to generate leads.
Conduct
field marketing
and participate in
on-ground sales campaigns
and promotional events.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Understand customer needs and
cross-sell banking products
such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Insurance, etc.
Achieve
monthly sales targets
set by the bank.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts.
