Job Description

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads, and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

The Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
