Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and representing our company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
