Job Title: Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Hindi language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,700.90 per month
