About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
