Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. She should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes or investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.

Requirements

• Female candidate with a professional appearance and confident personality.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales/marketing.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
