We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate properties. Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Negotiate and close agreements with clients for residential and commercial properties. Manage and oversee client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and new developments. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency. Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry. minimum 5 years of experience in real estate firm. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical skills to assess performance metrics. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
