Real Estate Sales manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and mentoring the sales executives to achieve business targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for sales executives.
• Oversee property presentations, site visits, and client negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
