Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mercure, Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients, listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Create and present frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators

1-3 years of proven work experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret sales and financial reports
