Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves promoting our architectural and exterior solutions, building client relationships, and driving business growth across Tamil Nadu and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in construction, real estate, and architectural sectors.
Promote CPGs services including ACP cladding, HPL cladding, spider glazing, and automatic door systems.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase solutions.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop customized proposals.
Maintain and grow relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
Track leads, manage CRM entries, and report sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
0–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and construction terminology.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in facade, glazing, or cladding sales.
Network of contacts in the construction or architectural community.
Basic understanding of structural systems and materials.
