Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits to solve customer problems. Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales contracts. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Use CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and other internal departments. Resolve customer complaints and address any concerns to maximize satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports on performance and market trends.  Required Skills and Qualifications Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
