EnCARE is a fast-growing medical device company committed to delivering high-quality, innovative healthcare solutions. We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for passionate professionals to drive growth in key markets across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territories
Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights
Ensure effective post-sales support and service coordination

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Medical / Pharma / Surgical Sales
Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline)
Must own a two-wheeler for travel within the territory
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong self-motivation and result-oriented approach
