Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a strong technical background to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region. Generate leads, follow up with clients, and convert inquiries into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Technical understanding of engineering products or solutions. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
