About Company: EHS Global Access Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in providing rental services of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) / Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) such as boom lifts and scissor lifts. We supply these machines on hire to customers across South Indian states for construction, industrial, and facility management projects and for applications including plant maintenance, PEB erection, HVAC installation and electrical works. Job Summary: We are hiring a Sales Executive to handle sales and customer relations for our equipment rental business. The role involves handling customer enquiries received through various sources like calls, emails, etc., understand requirements, provide quotations, and convert them into work orders. The role also involves payment follow-up, coordination with the operations team, and timely invoicing for rental services. Primary Role: The Sales Executive will be responsible for: 1.      Handling customer enquiries received through various sources like phone calls, emails, etc,. 2.      Discussing with customers to understand their requirements and explaining available rental options. 3.      Providing immediate quotations and following up to convert enquiries into work orders. 4.      Following up on payments and ensuring timely collections. 5.      Coordinating with the operations team for equipment delivery and site requirements. 6.      Coordinating with the service team for service updates of rented equipment and communicating to customers. 7.      Ensuring timely invoicing for rental services. 8.      Achieve weekly and monthly target for rental sales and payment collection. 9.      Providing tenders   Key Skills & Qualifications: 1.      Bachelor’s degree 2.      Gender : Female candidates only. 3.      Minimum 3 years of experience in sales; experience in equipment rental or construction industry preferred. 4.      Strong communication and customer-handling skills. 5.      Good negotiation skills 6.      Better time and task management skills. 7.      Good coordination and follow-up ability. 8.      Good analytical and problem-solving skills 9.      Good English, Kannada and Hindi fluency. 10. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 11. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. 12. Cross functional collaboration skills 13. Mindset: Self motivated, proactive communication. What We Offer: 1.      Gross Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (to be fixed within this range based on experience and skills).
