Field Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals

Location: NoidaEmployment

Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000/- Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Performance-Based)

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Visit
construction sites
,
builders
,
contractors
, and
project managers
to generate leads and close sales
Pitch and explain
Efflo Shield
product benefits with live or video demonstrations
Develop relationships with
site engineers
,
procurement teams
, and
dealers
Follow up regularly with leads to
convert inquiries into orders
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, orders, and payments
Collect feedback from customers and report market trends
Promote company branding through product placement and visual materials at site level

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of
field sales experience
(preferably in construction, paints, waterproofing, or chemicals)
Good communication and convincing skills
Must be comfortable with
on-site visits and traveling locally
Own two-wheeler and smartphone
Ability to work independently and with targets
