Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Experience Required: 1–3 years in FMCG sales
Location: Dehradun

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective product placement and distribution.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to expand market reach.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits for order booking, product promotion, and competitor analysis.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for smooth delivery.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
Execute promotional activities and schemes to boost sales in assigned territory.

Key Requirements:

Graduate (preferred in Business/Commerce/Marketing).
Proven 1–3 years of FMCG field sales experience.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of local market and distribution network.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Word; familiarity with sales reporting tools is a plus.
