Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field (Beverage/Edible Oil).
  • Strong understanding of General Trade distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective distributor handling.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
