JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES AND MARKETING OF FIRE PRODUCTS WITH TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE : JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Institutional Segment includes, Government, Semi government bodies, Corporate, Trust, Association, Societies, Clubs, NGOs. RESPONSIBILITY Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Execution of successful demonstrations of company products at the client site . Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Sales Executive in fire industry or relevant role in B2B Sales. If candidate is fresher, will provide the required training under supervision of Company Personnel. Age Below 30 Yrs. We can prefer B2B Sales Experience in Any Industrial Tools, Machineries, Equipment related with Fire Products or of similar kind. Proficiency in English plus Local Languages. Knowledge of MS Office. Preferable to have Competency and skills required for Sales and Marketing. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aggressive in intent and should be self-driven & self-motivated. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,846.76 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
