Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings to potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance) to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for revenue generation, client acquisition, and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Business Development role.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, products, and services.
