Manage the sales for our services and products ensuring sales targets are met. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Social Media Management (20%) Manage and support in growing the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create and design engaging content, track analytics, and optimize campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. Post content on WhatsApp and Social Media platforms. Provide engaging responses to social media comments and responses. Scheduling & Coordination (40%) Schedule and coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and discussions. Maintain a calendar for sales and marketing activities, ensuring timely execution. Assist in organizing events, webinars, or promotional activities. Ensure seamless communication with the clients. Promote our services to the clients before they are scheduled for appointments. Other Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally in all client interactions. Analyse social media, market trends and provide feedback for product or service improvements. You may be required to take new tasks not mentioned here as part of the startup responsibilities. Key Requirements Freshers or 0-1 year Experience in sales, scheduling and social media management or a related role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi is mandatory. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. A creative mindset with a knack for crafting impactful marketing strategies. Highly organized, with excellent scheduling and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
