Job Description

Creative Pen Technology is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who’s confident on calls, understands the pulse of digital marketing, and can convert hot leads into happy clients. Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads received through advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads). Understand client needs and pitch relevant services effectively. Maintain daily follow-ups and track conversion progress. Collaborate with the internal marketing team for smooth onboarding. Meet weekly/monthly targets. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Prior experience in client communication or telecalling. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, websites, branding, etc.) Comfortable using CRM tools or Excel for lead tracking. Fluent in Hindi and English. Good to Have: Sales or marketing background. Experience working in a digital marketing agency. Ability to write follow-up emails/messages professionally. Perks: Work with a young and creative team.
