HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of cosmetics, skincare, haircare, oral care, and personal care products in India
With a strong RD-driven setup and over hundreds of formulations created for national and international brands, our sales division plays a key role in connecting our product innovation with clients across India and global markets

We are expanding our B2B Cosmetics Skincare Sales Team and looking for dynamic and confident Sales Executives who can manage leads, talk to clients, explain product concepts, and help them develop successful beauty personal care products

What Does a Sales Executive Do(Cosmetics Skincare Industry)

Lead Handling Customer Communication Handle incoming B2B leads from website, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, and marketing channels Call potential clients and understand their requirements for cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care products Build strong customer relationships through confident and friendly communication Understand client goals, target audience, and product category requirements

Product Knowledge, Consultation Presentation

Explain different product categories:

Skincare, Cosmetics, Haircare, Bodycare, Men s Grooming, Babycare, Oral Care, Hygiene, Face Wash, Serums, Masks, Creams, Lotions, Oils Guide customers on trending ingredients, skincare actives, and beauty market trends Help clients shortlist formulations and recommend best-selling product concepts Present samples, pricing, MOQs, and branding options

Sales Coordination Deal Closing

Coordinate with RD for sample preparation, customizations, and technical queries Follow up on sample dispatch, revisions, and approvals Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through timely follow-ups and professional communication Support clients throughout the complete sales cycle from enquiry sample order finalization

Market Understanding Trend Awareness
Stay updated with: Trending skincare ingredients Viral beauty products High-demand cosmetics launches Global personal care trends Use market insights to pitch new product concepts to potential clients

Ideal Candidate Profile - Who Should Apply

Strong Communication Calling Experience
