Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target driven Sales Executive to promote and sell factory manufactored products (e.g., paper boxes) The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by identifying business opportunities in the local and regional markets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential customers such as wholesalers, retailers, corporate clients, and industrial users.
  • Visit clients regularly to present product offerings and take orders.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations and quotations.
  • Maintain a database of existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate prices, credit terms, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Follow up on payments and assist in resolving customer issues or complaints.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on the field.
  • Good understanding of the product and market segment (packaging/precast/manufacturing).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for communication and reporting.
  • Own two-wheeler preferred (for field visits). Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in packaging materials, building materials, or industrial products.
  • Familiarity with local markets and regional language(s). Performance Metrics:
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Monthly/quarterly sales volume.
  • Collection efficiency.
