Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to pitch company services and generate qualified leads.Understand client needs, present solutions clearly, and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and detailed records in CRM systems.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine calling scripts and improve conversion rates.Build rapport with prospects and nurture leads through consistent engagement.Key Requirements:Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skillsPrior experience in cold calling or telesales is highly preferredConfidence in handling objections and maintaining a positive toneFamiliarity with CRM software and call-tracking toolsStrong work ethic, consistency, and ability to meet KPIsFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
