Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, making presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, sales strategy, and sales planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
