Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for photography services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding packages, services, and offers.
Explain photography packages (maternity, newborn, weddings, etc.) clearly and persuasively.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the photography team.
Maintain a daily call log, follow-up list, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and booking targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polite, professional tone at all times.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / customer service (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, kannada and local languages
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM handling).
Positive attitude, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
