Job Description

Roles Responsibilities


As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving strategic revenue growth by combining your inside sales expertise with a collaborative approach across both sales and marketing functions. You will proactively engage with senior decision-makers, including founders and CXOs, using a consultative sales approach to turn cold leads into warm opportunities and guide them through the sales process to closure. Your role will involve building long-term relationships while providing valuable insights to shape and optimize marketing campaigns.


You will:

  1. Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  2. Drive outbound cold calls with confidence, building trust with founders and CXOs
  3. Apply a consultative sales approach, understand client pain points and position solutions effectively
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize campaigns based on valuable field insights.
  5. Convert cold prospects into warm leads through consistent engagement and strong follow-ups
  6. Provide feedback from the field to improve the sales pipeline and go-to-market strategy


Requirements

  1. Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside sales experience (B2B sales experience is preferred).
  2. Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, especially with senior leaders and founders.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  4. A solution-oriented, consultative approach to sales.
  5. Exceptional follow-up skills with a focus on converting prospects into long-term clients.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
