As a real estate sales executive at Truhomes Realty, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing an exceptional real estate experience to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify leads, engage with clients, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Qualify potential clients interested in real estate properties and present suitable options. - Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations. - Work effectively with other teams to ensure smooth sales processes. - Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year experience in B2B Sales or Telesales, preferably in the Insurance or Real Estate industry. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Adaptable and thrive in changing environments. - Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments. - Willingness to undertake 0-30% travel.
