Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing client relationships and promoting residential and/or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property solutions. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in exhibitions or industry events. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into buyers. Maintain regular contact with clients and provide updates on available properties and offers. Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and property values. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
