Job Description

Key Responsibilities Across All Roles (SE/SSE/ASM):

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences by understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Build trust through product knowledge, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all interactions.


Sales & Team Goals

  • Drive individual and team sales by engaging with customers and creating value-based conversations.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Take ownership of building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat visits.


Store Operations

  • Manage daily store functions including opening/closing, cleanliness, billing, and visual merchandising.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, ensure stock availability, and implement retail loss prevention practices.
  • Assist in maintaining brand standards and operational discipline in the store.


Product & Brand Knowledge

  • Understand and effectively communicate the features and craftsmanship of our gold, diamond, and gemstone collections.
  • Stay updated on product launches, trends, and customer preferences to offer relevant guidance.
