Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development professional in this role, your primary focus will be on identifying and generating leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients is crucial for success. You will conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide customized solar energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients - Conduct site visits and analyze customer requirements for tailored solar energy solutions - Present company products and solutions effectively to clients - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations - Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve sales targets - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs for identifying opportunities - Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base - Coordinate with technical and project teams for timely installation and delivery - Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates - Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and challenges Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of total work experience - Proficiency in client engagement, sales, and market research - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities - Prior experience in the solar energy industry is a plus This is a full-time position with a performance bonus as part of the compensation package.
