Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying prospective clients, understanding client needs, presenting suitable offerings, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role entails collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and negotiate favorable terms.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate markets, trends, and competitive analysis.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, with proficiency in presenting ideas clearly.
Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Capabilities: Analytical thinking to address client concerns and propose strategic solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the real estate industry or in a similar sales-focused role is a plus.
