Position Overview

energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned industrial areas.
Visit potential clients (MSMEs and industries) to present Banthia Consultancys services.
Explain project finance and government subsidy benefits to business owners and decision-makers.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the
Cluster Head
for daily planning, target achievement, and reporting.
Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and closure of deals.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company services.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.
1–5 years of experience
in
B2B or field sales
(preferably in financial consultancy, loans, or industrial services).
Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Energetic, confident, and result-oriented personality.
Willing to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby industrial zones.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales can also apply.
