Job Description

Job Title

  1. Daily Order Collection

    • Visit assigned retail outlets every morning in the allocated route/area.
    • Collect orders for fresh bananas (and later other fruits) using the companys mobile app or order-taking system.
    • Ensure accurate entry of quantity, size/grade, and required delivery time.

  1. Route & Customer Management

    • Cover all outlets in the designated areas:

      Bopal, New Bopal, Shela, South Bopal, Thaltej, Shilaj

      and nearby localities as per route plan.
    • Open new outlets in the same belt by pitching Bakkhai Green Farms products and service.
    • Maintain strong relationships with shop owners, managers and purchase in-charges.

  1. Payment Collection & Reconciliation

    • Collect

      payments in the evening

      from customers.
    • Accept and manage multiple payment modes:

      Cash, UPI, net banking, bank transfer, cheque

      (As per companys bank details only) etc.
    • Issue receipts where required and

      reconcile daily collections

      with the office/accounts team.
    • Ensure zero cash mismatch and safe handling of cash.

  1. Sales Growth & Market Feedback

    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly

      sales and collection targets

      given by the company.
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales at existing outlets (display, secondary placements, upselling).
    • Gather feedback on quality, pricing, competitor activity and share it with management.
    • Support in adding new fruit categories and helping customers adopt them.

  1. Basic Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain

      daily visit reports

      , order details, new customer additions and collection status.
    • Update customer information (contact details, credit terms, payment history), Selfie, Location etc in the app/register.
    • Report any customer complaints, quality issues or delivery problems immediately.

  1. Coordination with Operations

    • Coordinate with dispatch / warehouse/ Admin/ MIS team for

      timely delivery

      of orders collected.
    • Inform customers in case of any delay, stock issue or substitution required.
    • Ensure correct product, correct quantity and correct rate is being supplied to the customer.

  1. Brand & Relationship Building

    • Represent Bakkhai Green Farms professionally in the market.
    • Maintain good behaviour, proper grooming and polite communication at all times.
    • Build long-term trust so customers prefer Bakhai Green Farms for their fruit requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass

  • Graduate candidates are also welcome

Experience (preferred, not mandatory):

  • 02 years in

    field sales / FMCG / dairy / fruits & vegetables / distribution

  • Freshers with strong willingness to work in field sales can also apply

Key Skills & Qualities:

  • Must be

    comfortable travelling on field

    within Ahmedabad
  • Basic

    smartphone handling

    WhatsApp, calling, using simple apps
  • Basic numeric ability to handle quantities, rates and payment calculations
  • Honest and trustworthy

    in handling cash and collections
  • Good communication in

    Gujarati and Hindi

    (basic English is a plus)
  • Punctual, disciplined and target-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with retailers and negotiate politely

Other Requirements:

  • Two-wheeler

    with valid

    driving licence

    (preferred/required as per your decision)
  • Android smartphone (preferred)
  • Should be familiar with the general areas of

    Bopal/New Bopal/Thaltej/Shela/Shilaj/South Bopal

    or ready to learn routes quickly

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Day Shift (Field Job)

  • Morning: Market visit &

    order collection

  • Evening:

    Payment collection

    and closing the day with reports
  • Weekly off as per company policy (e.g., Sunday or any decided weekday)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary:

    • 12,000

      -

      15,000 per month (in-hand)

    • No PF, ESIC or other statutory deductions from this amount as of now

  • Daily Allowance (DA):

    • 150 per day

      (to cover food / minor daily expenses) payable as per company policy (only working days)

  • Travel Allowance (TA):

    • 1.5rs per Km

  • Incentives (In future):

    • Performance-based

      monthly sales incentives

      for achieving and exceeding targets
    • Extra incentives for adding new outlets or new product categories
