Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
* Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and stockists.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis and report insights.
* Ensure timely payment collections and order follow-ups.
* Support in local promotional and marketing activities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
* Strong knowledge of the Bhopal and surrounding market.
* Good communication & negotiation skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage business with modern trade stores, supermarkets and organized retail chains.
* Build long-term B2B relationships with purchase managers, category heads and decision-makers.
* Ensure timely order processing, delivery and payment collections.
* Track competitor activities and share market insights.
* Support in-store promotions and sampling activities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2 years of B2B/Modern Trade FMCG sales experience.
* Strong understanding of modern trade business models.
* Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
