Job Description

The Sales Executive – Distribution is responsible for supporting B2B sales operations, managing relationships with partners, and driving business growth through effective partner engagement. This role ensures seamless collaboration between the organization and its distributor network to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Sales & Partner Management:
  • Assist in developing and executing distribution strategies.
  • Identify, onboard, and support channel/training partners to achieve sales objectives.
  • Ensure strong engagement with distributors and resellers to maximize revenue.
  • Sales Operations & Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor channel/training partner performance and provide necessary support.
  • Ensure sales processes and partner agreements are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain reports on partner performance, sales forecasts, and revenue tracking.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Provide insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance channel performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop partner enablement programs.
  • Relationship Building & Support:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fresher can also apply
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Experience in managing distributor networks and sales operations is preferred.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to channel management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for channel partners.
  • Support partners with sales tools, marketing materials, and operational assistance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
