You will talk to people who are looking for maids, cooks, caretakers etc., explain our services, and help them book staff. 📌 ResponsibilitiesCall & follow up with leads (WhatsApp/Website/Referrals) Understand the customer’s house help requirement Share available candidates & coordinate trials Close the sale and assist with onboarding Maintain lead data and report daily status 🧑‍💻 RequirementsGood communication in Hindi (basic English preferred) Must be confident and polite with customers Should be target-driven and follow-up focused Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and phone calling 💰 Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000/month Incentives on every sale Mobile/internet allowance if needed Monthly bonuses for top performers
