Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate personal loan leads through field visits, referrals, and partner tie-ups
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets
Explain personal loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options to customers
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and follow-ups
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely approvals
Ensure compliance with KYC, bank policies, and RBI guidelines

Skills Required

Strong communication and sales skills
Customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of personal loan products & documentation
Ability to work under targets
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email)

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline
03 years of experience in banking/loan sales (freshers can apply)
