Locations: Jalandhar, Gurgoan

About the Role

Sales Executive Key Accounts in one of the leading paint industry

What Youll Do

Customer & Relationship Management

Manage and strengthen relationships with key influencers and decision-makers at large automotive accounts.
Drive customer satisfaction through timely updates, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.

Sales & Financial Accountability

Achieve volume and value sales targets across assigned accounts.
Monitor and reduce overdue payments.
Share insights on competitor pricing, customer perceptions, and market trends to support pricing optimization.

Process & Execution

Ensure accurate and timely MIS, forecasting, and documentation.
Improve forecasting accuracy to minimize urgent/rush orders.
Track implementation of VA/VE initiatives and coordinate technical or quality-related resolutions.

Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams across supply chain, technical services, and customer service.
Enhance your knowledge of backend sales and non-sales processes.

What You Bring

Education:
Postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Experience:

4+ years in
Automotive Paint Sales

5-7 years managing
