Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for demand generation of all Aurolab surgical products from the list of customers assigned and the region allocated. This will involve regular visits, maintaining good rapport, and displaying good knowledge of procedures and products. Your main goal will be to meet the growth targets assigned by the organization. You must implement the sales process completely without deviation and liaise with dealers to ensure a smooth supply chain and correct data entry for your region. It is crucial to implement product strategies/activities without deviation to achieve desired results. Collecting competitor information and passing it on to the Area manager will also be part of your responsibilities. You must maintain a doctor call list, update customer databases at regular intervals, and keep a customer 360 file to ensure target focus, performance, and achievements. Additionally, you should always be presentable and in formal attire as directed by the organization and stay updated with technical knowledge.
