Responsible for driving revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies,and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Strategy:Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.Support the Sales Manager in generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored presentations, proposals, and quotes for clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.Client Engagement:Meet with clients to understand their business needs and present suitable products/services.Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Handle client queries, resolve issues, and negotiate terms as needed.Sales Target Achievement:Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to the Sales Manager.Actively pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue streams.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager and senior leadership.Keep track of customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.Market and Product Knowledge:Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.Attend product training and professional development programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
