Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or incoming inquiries. Provide detailed information about products/services, pricing, and delivery timelines. Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on those needs. Maintain and update the customer database regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle objections and rejections professionally and positively. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a related role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Fluent in English.
