About the Role

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals and targets.
Identify, approach, and develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured planning and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

Qualifications

Education:
Science Graduate / B.Tech / M.Sc. in Polymer Science (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
in marketing or sales of
Chemicals, Polymers, Packaging, PSA, or Adhesives
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
