Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new leads through site visits, cold calling, and follow-ups. Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects. Maintain regular contact with clients and provide post-sale support. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain a strong client database using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) to ensure smooth deal closures. Participate in promotional events, property expos, and other sales activities. Ensure all documentation and legal formalities are completed accurately and on time. Key Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or related fields. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel locally and conduct field work.
