Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan products (personal, business, home loans, etc.).
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about loan services.
  • Understand the clients requirements and suggest the most suitable loan options.
  • Maintain and update customer database/CRM with call details and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and lenders/banks for smooth processing of leads.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Follow up with interested leads to ensure closures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or financial services (Freshers can also apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of loan/finance industry will be an advantage.
