Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan products (personal, business, home loans, etc.). Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about loan services. Understand the clients requirements and suggest the most suitable loan options. Maintain and update customer database/CRM with call details and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams and lenders/banks for smooth processing of leads. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Follow up with interested leads to ensure closures. Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 02 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or financial services (Freshers can also apply).
