Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs,

· Customer Experience: Deliver an unparalleled luxury retail experience, ensuring every customer interaction is professional, personalized, and memorable. Build strong rapport and loyalty with clients.

· Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of product offerings, including materials, craftsmanship, design philosophy, and unique selling propositions. Effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.

· Visual Merchandising: Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the showroom is always immaculate, appealing, and reflective of the

· Client Relationship Management: Proactively follow up with clients, manage client databases, and foster long-term relationships through personalized communication and exceptional post-sales service.

· Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate record-keeping to maintain optimal stock levels.

· Market Awareness: Stay informed about current luxury market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.

· Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador.

· Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive work environment.

· Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, security, and store operations.

Required Experience:

· Proven experience (2-5 years) in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end home decor, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle products.

· Strong understanding of luxury customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
