Aeroaids Corporation is India’s leading manufacturer of aerosol spray paints, known for our flagship brands Com-Paint and Color-on. We serve both industrial and consumer markets and are India’s first and only brand offering car scratch remover spray solutions.

Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to drive new business, manage dealer/distributor networks, and contribute to the company’s growth. The role involves significant travel and provides opportunities to represent the brand across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and prepare sales reports.
• Create proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Work with the marketing team on sales strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (automotive, industrial, paints/coatings preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively; own conveyance required.
• Experience with aerosol/paint industry is a plus.
