Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Panipat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, creating sales strategies, providing after-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies
• Customer service orientation and ability to provide after-sales support
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work
• Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
